German Tuning House Adds Flair to the Most Powerful M Car Ever Made

The BMW XM Label, already a powerhouse with a 738-horsepower twin-turbo hybrid V8, has received a bespoke touch from German tuning experts Larte Design. Despite being the most potent M car ever produced, Larte Design saw an opportunity to enhance the SUV’s visual appeal with a meticulously crafted carbon-fiber body kit.

Powered by a 4.4-liter twin-turbo hybrid V8 generating 738 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque, the BMW XM Label boasts impressive performance, reaching 60 mph in 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 175 mph (with the optional M Driver’s Package). Larte Design focused on elevating the vehicle’s aesthetics, leaving the powerhouse under the hood untouched.

The Larte Performance body kit, consisting of 17 handcrafted carbon-fiber parts for the exterior, transforms the XM Label’s appearance. The limited edition model, finished in BMW Individual Frozen Carbon Black metallic paint, further enhances exclusivity, with only 500 units available globally.

The exterior modifications include a sculpted hood featuring gloss carbon fiber, a rainwater drainage system, and the Larte logo. A two-piece front splitter, carbon fiber bumper, moldings, sill covers, and wheel arch extenders contribute to a more dynamic profile. The rear sees a diffuser, Larte’s signature double brake lights, carbon fiber tips for the exhaust exits, and dual spoilers – one on the trunk lid and the other as part of the body kit.

Maintaining the vehicle’s exceptional interior, Larte Design focused solely on exterior enhancements. The carbon-fiber body kit, priced at 42,000 Euros ($46,250), adds a touch of luxury, while custom 23-inch wheels can be included for an additional 8,500 Euros ($9,350). Larte also provides the option of a basalt fiber composite material, offering a 30% cost reduction, and allows customers to order individual parts separately to tailor the upgrade to their preferences.
